OUR CHEF

The chef Filip Kuczyński.
Filip Kuczyński has taken the position of the Chef. It's an extremely important change in our team, which focuses on long-term cooperation. He is responsible for the selection of the best ingredients, the taste and arrangement of dishes served in the Don Giovanni restaurant.
His 17 years of experience and professionalism result in the unique character of the dishes.The beginnings of the culinary experience he gained in a renowned restaurant in Poznań thanks to which he became the deputy chef after only few years.
During this time, he graduated from a pedagogical course and began to transfer the acquired knowledge and experience to young, ambitious future chefs. From March 2018 he's associated with the restaurant "Don Giovanni Trattoria" in Śrem. Specializes in Mediterranean and Indian cuisine. Filip Kuczyński is charismatic and diligent, his goal is to please and create a smile on guests' faces that will make them return to Don Giovanni one day.
